Trentham High School

Trentham High School introduced iPads in order to prepare their students for the digital workplace, and to encourage independent learning.

They reported a number of benefits, including the ability to learn anywhere (at school or at home) and at any time. Students could also access materials whenever they wanted, which helped greatly with independent learning and engagement. Also, teachers noted that doing work on mobile devices was seen as “cool” which meant that students were more likely to do their homework.
